Attention Athletes! 2012 doesn’t need to bring an end to healthy-habit reality. Avoid diet apocalypse by creating a consistent workout plan this year as part of a sound, and feasible, New Year’s Resolution. January holds a number of Ohio events perfect for getting back on the horse after the holidays. Choose from a variety of 5k, 10k, and 10-mile events or test your abilities in a half marathon. Need even more motivation? January hosts World Race for Hope events throughout the state of Ohio. Make a difference as you compete in a 5k event on your way to a newer, fitter, better you. This is your year. Get to it!
